VOLO was not created first and then connected to a winery. It was built from a relationship with Viña Los Chanchitos in Chile's Colchagua Valley. That partnership grew into wine dinners, restaurant collaborations, tourism initiatives, and hospitality consulting connecting Chile with Louisiana.

A boutique family-owned winery in Santa Ana, Chile, Viña Los Chanchitos has become the foundation of VOLO's work. Together, the focus has grown across restaurant partnerships, wine dinners, tourism initiatives, distributor relationships, and brand awareness throughout Louisiana.
